I've been listening to the '06 Catalyst Confrence CD's in my truck as I drive around town. I've tried to be purposful about feeding myself during my short commute. This is a practice that I have been trying to implement for a couple of years now and I've found that though it's a small bit of information every day, it makes a big difference in how I teach.
Right now I am totally digging these CD's. They are kinda pricey (I borrowed them) but if you can get your hands on them I'd recomend taking a listen. I'm only on #3 but It's been worth it already just hearing messages from Andy Stanley and Marcus Buckhingham. Great fodder for all leaders of any kind. I'm planning more posts about this series so I wanted to be sure to refrence thouroughly what it's all about.
